Description
Strawberry Balsamic Sauce (serves 4)
- 1 cup Torani Strawberry Syrup
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 pints fresh strawberries, quartered
- cracked black pepper for garnish
- crème fraîche (optional)
Heat the Torani Strawberry Syrup and vinegar in a small saucepan and simmer until reduced by half. Let cool completely. Divide the strawberries into four parfait glasses. Pour sauce over strawberries and garnish with cracked pepper and creme fraîche, if desired.
